Minimum daily profit:
25k - $200
50k - $250
100k - $300

| $50K | $1,500 |
| $100K | $2,000 |
| $150K | $2,500 |
Payout Buffer
Before withdrawing profits, accounts must build a safety buffer:
| Account | Buffer |
|---|---|
| $25K | $1,500 |
| $50K | $2,000 |
| $100K | $3,000 |
| $150K | $4,500 |
You can only withdraw profits above this buffer + $500 threshold.
Daily Progression Rule
To ensure sustainable trading:
For each payout, at least 50% of profits must be generated after your previous payout
This prevents reliance on a single trading day.
Path to Live
Elite ACCESS traders can progress from a simulated funded account to a live funded account.
3 successful payouts are required before you become eligible for the transition
Once you reach this milestone, a risk manager reviews your trading performance
If approved, your account is transitioned to live, where you trade with real capital
Only one account transitions to live. If you hold multiple accounts, the account with the highest profit is the one that moves over, and your remaining accounts are closed at that point.
For full details on how the transition works, please refer to the Path to Trading Live article.
News Trading Rule (Funded Only)
Trading is restricted around high-impact news:
No trades:
2 minutes before
2 minutes after
This includes:
Opening trades
Closing trades
TP/SL execution
Scaling Plan
Contract scaling depends on account growth and consistency.
Refer to the Contract Scaling Article for full details per account size.

Elite ACCESS – Buffer + Profit target
Updated recently
Funded Elite ACCESS accounts do not have a profit target to keep the account active, but they do have a minimum profit requirement before you can request a payout.
To become payout eligible, your account must reach the required profit level above the payout buffer.
Profit Target Required for Payout
| Account Size | Payout Buffer | Required Profit to Request Payout |
|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $1,500 | $2,000 |
| $50,000 | $2,000 | $2,500 |
| $100,000 | $3,000 | $3,500 |
| $150,000 | $4,500 | $5,000 |
How It Works
Before requesting a payout, your account must first build the required buffer, plus an additional $500 in profit.
This means:
The buffer must remain in the account
Only once you are above that level can you request a payout
This threshold is required for each payout request
Important Notes
This is not a profit target to pass the funded account
It is a profit threshold for payout eligibility
All other payout conditions must still be met, including:
5 profitable days
Meeting the minimum daily profit requirement
Respecting the 40% consistency rule
Following all funded account rules
For a $50,000 Elite ACCESS funded account:
Payout Buffer: $2,000
Additional profit required: $500
Total profit needed before payout request: $2,500
Until that threshold is reached, the account is not yet eligible for payout.
Summary
To request a payout on Elite ACCESS funded accounts, your account must first reach:
$2,000 on $25K
$2,500 on $50K
$3,500 on $100K
$5,000 on $150K
This is the minimum profit level required before a payout can be submitted.
Elite ACCESS – Contract Scaling Plan
The Contract Scaling Plan applies only to funded Elite ACCESS accounts.
There are no scaling restrictions during the evaluation phase.
How Scaling Works
Once your account is funded, your maximum contract size increases as your account grows.
Your allowed contract size is determined by your end-of-day (EOD) closing balance, and updates daily.
Key Principles
Scaling applies only to funded accounts
No scaling rules during the evaluation phase
Contract limits update once per day (EOD)
Scaling is based on simulated profits
Traders must stay within their allowed contract size at all times
Base Maximum Contracts
These are the maximum contract limits once fully scaled:
| Account Size | Max Contracts |
|---|---|
| $25K | 1 Mini or 10 Micros |
| $50K | 3 Minis or 30 Micros |
| $100K | 5 Minis or 50 Micros |
| $150K | 7 Minis or 70 Micros |
Contract Scaling Levels (Funded Only)
$25K Account
| Simulated Profit | Max Contracts |
|---|---|
| $0 – $1,500+ | 1 Mini or 10 Micros (Full Allocation) |
$50K Account
| Simulated Profit | Max Contracts |
|---|---|
| $0 – $1,499 | 1 Mini or 10 Micros |
| $1,500 – $1,999 | 2 Minis or 20 Micros |
| $2,000+ | 3 Minis or 30 Micros (Full Allocation) |
$100K Account
| Simulated Profit | Max Contracts |
|---|---|
| $0 – $1,499 | 2 Minis or 20 Micros |
| $1,500 – $1,999 | 3 Minis or 30 Micros |
| $2,000 – $2,999 | 4 Minis or 40 Micros |
| $3,000+ | 5 Minis or 50 Micros (Full Allocation) |
$150K Account
| Simulated Profit | Max Contracts |
|---|---|
| $0 – $1,499 | 3 Minis or 30 Micros |
| $1,500 – $2,499 | 4 Minis or 40 Micros |
| $2,500 – $3,499 | 5 Minis or 50 Micros |
| $3,500 – $4,499 | 6 Minis or 60 Micros |
| $4,500+ | 7 Minis or 70 Micros (Full Allocation) |
How Scaling Is Calculated
Your scaling level is determined by:
Your funded account closing balance
Your total simulated profit
Your end-of-day equity
Contract increases are applied the following trading day once your closing balance qualifies.
Important
Intraday profits do not unlock higher scaling tiers
Only end-of-day results are used
Trader Responsibility
It is your responsibility to monitor and follow the contract scaling rules at all times.
Exceeding your allowed contract size is considered a rule violation.
If scaling rules are not followed:
Trades may be rejected or reduced
The account may be flagged for review
Profits from violating trades may be removed
Payout requests may be denied
Compliance with scaling rules is required for payout eligibility.
Important Clarifications
Scaling applies per individual account
Contract limits do not combine across accounts
Scaling is based on simulated profit only
Limits are determined using end-of-day balance
Scaling does not override other risk rules such as:
Daily Loss Limit
Trailing Drawdown
Elite ACCESS – Daily Loss Limit (DLL)
The Daily Loss Limit (DLL) defines the maximum amount your account can lose within a single trading day.
Evaluation Phase
There is no Daily Loss Limit during the evaluation phase.
What This Means
You are not restricted by a daily loss limit
Your only risk limit is the EOD Trailing Drawdown
You can trade freely within the overall drawdown rules
Funded Phase (soft breach)
Once funded, a Daily Loss Limit applies and must be respected at all times.
Daily Loss Limit by Account Size
| Account Size | Daily Loss Limit ($) | Daily Loss Limit (%) |
|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $500 | 2.00% |
| $50,000 | $1,000 | 2.00% |
| $100,000 | $1,250 | 1.25% |
| $150,000 | $1,750 | ~1.17% |
How the Daily Loss Limit Works
The DLL is calculated based on your starting balance for the day
It represents the maximum loss allowed within that trading day
If the limit is reached or exceeded, it is considered a soft breach (pause till eod)
What Counts Toward the DLL
The following are included:
Closed losses
Open (floating) losses
Commissions and fees
Daily Reset
The Daily Loss Limit resets once per day
The new limit is based on your updated account balance
Rule Violations
If the Daily Loss Limit is breached:
The account will be paused for the rest of the day.
Open positions may be closed
The account becomes active again after the rollover period
Important Notes
The DLL applies only to funded accounts
There is no daily restriction during evaluation
You must always account for floating drawdown, not just closed trades
Summary
No DLL during evaluation
DLL applies only when funded
Must stay within daily loss limits at all times
Breaching the DLL results in a Soft breach
Elite ACCESS – Daily Progression Rule (50%)
The Daily Progression Rule ensures that payouts are based on consistent, ongoing performance, rather than profits generated from a single period.
This rule applies only to funded accounts and is checked at the moment of each payout request.
How the Rule Works
For every payout request:
At least 50% of the requested payout amount must come from profits generated since your last payout
First Payout
The rule does not apply to your first payout
You may withdraw any eligible profits once all payout requirements are met
Subsequent Payouts
From your second payout onward:
A minimum of 50% must come from new profits
Only profits made after your last payout are considered “new”
Example
Scenario
First payout: $2,000
After payout, account continues trading
Next payout request: $2,000
Requirement
At least $1,000 (50%) must be from new profits
The remaining $1,000 can come from existing balance above the buffer
Elite ACCESS – Evaluation Profit Target
The Evaluation Profit Target is the required profit you must reach in order to pass the Elite ACCESS evaluation and qualify for a funded account.
Profit Target Overview
All Elite ACCESS accounts have a fixed profit target of:
6% of the starting account balance
Profit Target by Account Size
| Account Size | Profit Target | Percentage |
|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $1,500 | 6% |
| $50,000 | $3,000 | 6% |
| $100,000 | $6,000 | 6% |
| $150,000 | $9,000 | 6% |
How It Works
To successfully pass the evaluation:
You must reach the full profit target within 30 days
Only 1 profitable trading day is required
There are no consistency requirements
Once the profit target is reached and all rules are respected, your account becomes eligible for the funded phase.
Important Notes
Profits must be realized (closed trades only)
Open trades do not count toward the target
The profit target must be achieved within the evaluation period
All trades must comply with the account rules
What Happens After You Pass
Once you reach your profit target:
Your account will be marked as passed
You will be eligible to pay the activation fee
A funded account will be issued
Summary
Fixed profit target: 6%
No consistency rule
Only 1 profitable day required
Must be completed within 30 days
Elite ACCESS – Consistency Rule (40%)
The Consistency Rule ensures that trading performance is stable and not reliant on a single large trading day.
This rule applies only to funded accounts.
How the 40% Rule Works
Your largest single trading day must not exceed 40% of your total profits in your current payout cycle.
Formula
Consistency % = (Largest Winning Day ÷ Total Profit) × 100
This value must be 40% or less
Total Profit: $5,000
Largest Winning Day: $2,000
Consistency = 40% → Valid
Total Profit: $4,000
Largest Winning Day: $2,200
Consistency = 55% → Not valid
When This Rule Applies
The consistency rule is checked:
When submitting a payout request
Based on your current total profit at that moment
How to get below the 40% mark
If your account exceeds the 40% limit:
Continue trading to increase total profit
Reduce the percentage impact of your largest winning day
Largest day: $2,000
To be compliant (≤40%), total profit must be at least:
$5,000
Important Notes
Applies only to funded accounts
Applies only to profitable days
Based on closed trades only
Recalculated continuously as your profit changes
After a payout is taken, your total profits reset, and the consistency rule begins again based on new profits moving forward.
Elite ACCESS – Maximum Loss Limit (MLL) (EOD)
The Maximum Loss Limit (MLL), also known as the EOD Trailing Drawdown, defines the maximum amount your account can lose overall.
This rule applies during both the evaluation and funded phases and is calculated on an End-of-Day (EOD) basis.
Evaluation Phase
MLL by Account Size
| Account Size | Max Drawdown ($) | Max Drawdown (%) |
|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $1,000 | 4.00% |
| $50,000 | $2,000 | 4.00% |
| $100,000 | $3,000 | 3.00% |
| $150,000 | $4,000 | ~2.67% |
Funded Phase
MLL by Account Size
| Account Size | Max Drawdown ($) | Max Drawdown (%) |
|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $1,000 | 4.00% |
| $50,000 | $2,000 | 4.00% |
| $100,000 | $3,000 | 3.00% |
| $150,000 | $3,500 | ~2.33% |
How the Trailing Drawdown Works
The drawdown is calculated based on your end-of-day (EOD) balance
It trails upward as your account reaches new highs
It does not move down if your balance decreases
Starting balance: $50,000
Max drawdown: $2,000
Initial minimum balance: $48,000
If your account closes the day at $52,000:
New trailing level locks at: $50,000
Drawdown Lock Level
Once your account reaches a certain level, the trailing drawdown locks at breakeven + $100:
| Account Size | Lock Level |
|---|---|
| $25K | $25,100 |
| $50K | $50,100 |
| $100K | $100,100 |
| $150K | $150,100 |
After this point:
The drawdown no longer trails upward
Your account cannot fall below this locked level
Important Rules
Calculated using end-of-day balance only
Intraday drops below the level do not count, unless the day closes below it
Applies to both evaluation and funded accounts
Includes both realized and unrealized performance at close
Rule Violation
If your account closes below the allowed drawdown level:
This is considered a hard breach
The account will be terminated
The account becomes ineligible for funding or payouts
Summary
EOD trailing drawdown applies in both phases
Trails upward with profits
Locks at starting balance + $100
Breaching it results in account termination
Elite ACCESS – Minimum Profitable Trading Days (Funded Only)
To qualify for a payout on a funded Elite ACCESS account, you must complete a minimum number of profitable trading days.
Requirement
Minimum 5 profitable trading days are required before requesting a payout
What Counts as a Profitable Day
A trading day is considered profitable when:
The day closes in profit, and
The minimum daily profit threshold is met
Minimum Daily Profit by Account Size
| Account Size | Minimum Daily Profit |
|---|---|
| $25,000 | $200 |
| $50,000 | $250 |
| $100,000 | $300 |
| $150,000 | $350 |
How It Works
You must complete at least 5 separate profitable days
These days do not need to be consecutive
Only days that meet the minimum profit requirement will count
Important Notes
Applies only to funded accounts
Evaluation phase has no minimum day requirement
Only closed profits count
Partial days or profits below the threshold will not count
Summary
Minimum 5 profitable days required
Each day must meet the minimum profit threshold
Applies only to funded accounts
Required for payout eligibility
Elite ACCESS – News Trading Rule
Trading around major economic news events carries increased risk due to volatility, slippage, and rapid price movements.
For Elite ACCESS accounts, news trading restrictions apply only to funded accounts.
Where the Rule Applies
| Stage | News Restriction |
|---|---|
| Evaluation | No restrictions |
| Funded | 2-minute restricted window |
During the evaluation phase, news trading is fully allowed
Once funded, the news rule becomes active
Funded News Restriction Window
On funded accounts, you may not execute trades:
2 minutes before a high-impact news event
2 minutes after a high-impact news event
Total restricted window: 4 minutes
What Counts as Trade Execution
The following actions are not allowed during the restricted window:
Opening a trade
Closing a trade
Opening pending orders
Placing stop or limit orders
Modifying a stop loss
Modifying a take profit
Any of the above during the restricted window is considered a rule violation.
Holding Trades During News
You may hold positions during news only if:
The trade was opened before the 2-minute pre-news window
However:
If a trade is closed during the restricted window, it is a violation
If SL or TP is modified during the window, it is a violation
If a trade is closed by any means (manual or automatic) during the window, it is a violation
What Happens If the Rule Is Violated
If a violation occurs:
Profits from the violating trade may be removed
The payout request may be denied
The account may be flagged for review
Repeated or abusive violations may lead to further action.
Violations do not automatically result in a hard breach unless abuse is detected.
What News Events Are Restricted
Only high-impact economic events are restricted.
This includes, but is not limited to:
FOMC announcements
Interest rate decisions
Non-Farm Payrolls (NFP)
CPI releases
Major central bank statements

Consistency Rule (40%)
Your largest winning day must not exceed 40% of total profits in your current payout cycle.
If this rule is not yet met:
The payout request cannot yet be requested
You may continue trading until compliant
After a payout is taken, your total profits reset, and the consistency rule begins again based on new profits moving forward. This ensures that traders demonstrate steady performance.
50% Profit Progression Rule
For each payout request:
At least 50% of the requested payout amount must come from profits generated since your last payout
First payout: no restriction
Second payout:
At least 50% must be from new profits

3 successful payouts are required before you become eligible for the transition
Once you reach this milestone, a risk manager reviews your trading performance
If approved, your account is transitioned to live, where you trade with real capital
Only one account transitions to live. If you hold multiple accounts, the account with the highest profit is the one that moves over, and your remaining accounts are closed at that point.
