Elite ACCESS – Daily Progression Rule (50%)

The Daily Progression Rule ensures that payouts are based on consistent, ongoing performance, rather than profits generated from a single period.

This rule applies only to funded accounts and is checked at the moment of each payout request.

How the Rule Works

For every payout request:

• At least 50% of the requested payout amount must come from profits generated since your last payout

First Payout

• The rule does not apply to your first payout

• You may withdraw any eligible profits once all payout requirements are met

Subsequent Payouts

From your second payout onward:

• A minimum of 50% must come from new profits

• Only profits made after your last payout are considered “new”

Example

Scenario

• First payout: $2,000

• After payout, account continues trading

Next payout request: $2,000

Requirement

• At least $1,000 (50%) must be from new profits

• The remaining $1,000 can come from existing balance above the buffer
