Elite DAILY Accounts
12 articlesElite Daily V2 – 40% Consistency Target (Evaluation Only)
The 40% Consistency Rule applies during the Elite Daily evaluation phase.
Although there are no minimum trading days beyond the required minimum to pass, traders must demonstrate balanced profit distribution in order to qualify for funding.
What Is the 40% Consistency Rule?
No single trading day may account for more than 40% of your total profit at the moment the profit target is reached.
This rule is designed to encourage consistent trading performance rather than relying on one oversized trading day.
How It Is Calculated
Formula
Largest Profitable Day ÷ Total Profit × 100
If the result exceeds 40%, the account is not yet eligible to pass.
Example – Violation
$50K Account
Profit Target: $3,000
Trading Results
Day 1: $2,000
Day 2: $1,000
Calculation
Total Profit = $3,000
Largest Day = $2,000
$2,000 ÷ $3,000 = 66%
Result
❌ Not compliant
The trader must continue trading to distribute profits more evenly.
Example – Compliant
Trading Results
Day 1: $1,200
Day 2: $1,000
Day 3: $800
Calculation
Total Profit = $3,000
Largest Day = $1,200
$1,200 ÷ $3,000 = 40%
Result
✅ Passes consistency requirement
What Happens If You Exceed the Rule?
If the 40% consistency threshold is exceeded:
The account does not yet qualify to pass
Sim funding will not be issued
The trader must continue trading
Additional profits must be generated to reduce the percentage impact of the largest trading day
The rule does not automatically fail the account. It simply requires more balanced profit distribution before passing.
Important Notes
Applies only during the evaluation phase
Checked when the profit target is reached
Based on closed profits only
Recalculated continuously as profits increase
There is no consistency rule once funded
Summary
Largest trading day may not exceed 40% of total profits
Applies only during evaluation
Encourages consistent trading behavior
Violations can be corrected by generating additional profits
Elite Daily V2 – Contract Scaling Plan
The Contract Scaling Plan applies only to funded Elite Daily accounts.
There are no scaling restrictions during the evaluation phase.
Once funded, your maximum contract size increases as your account equity grows.
Your allowed contract size updates based on your closing balance at the end of each trading day.
Key Principles
Scaling applies only to funded accounts
No scaling requirements during evaluation
Contract limits update daily based on end of day balance
Scaling is based on simulated profits
Traders must remain within the allowed contract size at all times
Base Maximum Contracts
| Account Size | Max Contracts |
|---|---|
| $25K | 1 Mini / 10 Micros |
| $50K | 3 Minis / 30 Micros |
| $100K | 5 Minis / 50 Micros |
| $150K | 7 Minis / 70 Micros |
Contract Scaling Levels (Funded Only)
As your funded account grows, your contract limits increase.
$25K Account
| Simulated Profits | Max Contracts |
|---|---|
| $0 – $1,500+ | 1 Mini / 10 Micros (Full Allocation) |
$50K Account
| Simulated Profits | Max Contracts |
|---|---|
| $0 – $1,499 | 1 Mini / 10 Micros |
| $1,500 – $1,999 | 2 Minis / 20 Micros |
| $2,000+ | 3 Minis / 30 Micros (Full Allocation) |
$100K Account
| Simulated Profits | Max Contracts |
|---|---|
| $0 – $1,499 | 2 Minis / 20 Micros |
| $1,500 – $1,999 | 3 Minis / 30 Micros |
| $2,000 – $2,999 | 4 Minis / 40 Micros |
| $3,000+ | 5 Minis / 50 Micros (Full Allocation) |
$150K Account
| Simulated Profits | Max Contracts |
|---|---|
| $0 – $1,499 | 3 Minis / 30 Micros |
| $1,500 – $1,999 | 4 Minis / 40 Micros |
| $2,000 – $2,999 | 5 Minis / 50 Micros |
| $3,000 - $4,499 | 6 Minis / 60 Micros |
| $4,500+ | 7 Minis / 70 Micros |
How Scaling Is Calculated
Scaling tiers are determined by:
• Your funded account closing balance
• Your total simulated profit
• Your end of day equity
Contract increases apply the following trading day after your closing balance qualifies.
Intraday profits do not unlock higher scaling tiers until the day closes.
Trader Responsibility
It is the trader’s personal responsibility to monitor and follow the clearly outlined contract scaling rules on funded accounts.
Exceeding your allowed contract limit is considered a rule violation.
If the contract scaling rules are not followed:
Trades may be rejected or reduced
The account may be flagged for review
Profits generated while exceeding contract limits may be removed
Payout requests may be deemed ineligible
Compliance with scaling rules is mandatory for payout eligibility.
Important Clarifications
Scaling applies per individual account
Contract limits do not combine across multiple accounts
Simulated profit determines scaling tier
Contract limits are based on end of day balance
Scaling does not override DLL or MLL rules
Elite Daily V2 – Daily Loss Limit (DLL) - Evaluation Phase
The Daily Loss Limit (DLL) is a daily risk protection rule designed to encourage responsible risk management and disciplined trading.
The DLL applies during both the evaluation and funded phases of the Elite Daily plan.
On this article you can find the exact Daily Loss Limit amounts per Account Size for the Evaluation Phase
Daily Loss Limit on Evaluation Phase by Account Size
| Account Size | Daily Loss Limit | Percentage |
|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $500 | 2.00% |
| $50,000 | $1,000 | 2.00% |
| $100,000 | $1,250 | 1.25% |
| $150,000 | $1,850 | 1.23% |
How Is It Calculated?
The Daily Loss Limit is calculated using your previous trading day’s closing balance.
Daily Loss Limit: $500
Previous day closing balance: $26,000
Your breach level for the current trading day becomes:
$26,000 − $500 = $25,500
If your account equity or balance drops to $25,500 during the trading day, this is considered a DLL violation.
What Counts Toward the DLL?
The following are included in the calculation:
Realized losses
Unrealized/floating losses
Commissions and fees
Both balance and equity are monitored.
Daily Reset
The DLL resets once per trading day based on the previous trading day’s closing balance.
After the reset:
A new DLL threshold is calculated
The account receives a new daily risk limit
Important Disclaimer
The Daily Loss Limit is a risk rule, not a stop loss.
It should never be relied on to manage trade exits.
Due to:
Market volatility
Slippage
Execution speed
Market gaps
The DLL may:
Trigger later than expected
Trigger earlier than expected
Execute at a different price than expected
Traders should always use proper hard stop losses directly on their trades.
Top One Futures is not responsible for losses exceeding the Daily Loss Limit.
What Happens If the DLL Is Violated?
Evaluation Accounts
Violating the DLL during evaluation results in a pause, your account wil lautomatically unpause the next trading day.
Funded Accounts
Violating the DLL on a funded account results in a soft breach:
Trading is paused for the remainder of the trading day
Trading may resume the next trading day
Provided the account has not violated the Max Trailing Drawdown
Key Notes
DLL applies to both evaluation and funded accounts
DLL resets daily using the previous day’s closing balance
Both realized and unrealized losses count
DLL is separate from the End of Day Trailing Drawdown
Summary
Daily risk protection rule
Based on previous day closing balance
Includes floating losses
Evaluation breach = failed account
Funded breach = daily trading pause
Elite Daily V2 – Daily Loss Limit - Funded Phase
The daily drawdown is set between 1.23% – 2.0% of your account balance, depending on the account size for both the evaluation phase and funded phase of the Elite Daily V2 plan. This helps manage risk and ensures responsible trading.
Here’s how it looks for each Elite Daily funded account:
Elite Daily V2 – Sim Funded Accounts
$25,000 Account: $500 (2.00%)
$50,000 Account: $1,000 (2.00%)
$100,000 Account: $1,250 (1.25%)
$150,000 Account: $1,850 (1.23%)
How Is It Calculated?
The Daily Loss Limit is a dynamic value calculated based on your previous day’s closing balance.
Let’s use an example to illustrate:
Rule: The daily loss allowed is $500 (for a $25K account).
Previous Day’s Close:
Let’s say you ended the previous day with a balance of $26,000.
To find your breach level for the current day, you subtract the allowed loss from that balance:
$26,000 (Previous Close) – $500 (Daily Loss) = $25,500
This means that if your account’s equity drops to $25,500 at any point during the current trading day, the system will automatically execute market orders to liquidate all open positions.
⚠️ Important Disclaimer
The Daily Loss Limit (DLL) is a risk management tool, not a stop loss.
It should never be relied on to close your trades at a specific loss amount.
Due to market volatility, slippage, and execution speed:
The DLL may execute late
It may execute early
It may fill at a different price than expected
It may not trigger exactly at the set value
If you want to control your risk properly, you must place hard stop loss orders directly on your trades. Relying solely on the DLL can result in larger losses than intended.
Top One Futures is not responsible for any losses that exceed the daily drawdown limit. Any loss beyond your allowed threshold remains the trader’s responsibility.
What Happens If You Hit the Daily Drawdown?
Soft Breach:
Trading is paused for the remainder of the trading day.
Resume Trading:
You may continue trading the next trading day, provided your account has not violated the Max Trailing Drawdown.
Key Notes
DLL resets daily based on the previous day’s closing balance
Both realized and unrealized losses count
DLL applies only to sim funded Elite Daily accounts
DLL is separate from the End of Day Trailing Drawdown
Elite Daily V2 – Daily Payout Rules
One of the core advantages of the Elite Daily Plan is the ability to request payouts daily once funded.
There is no consistency target on Elite Daily funded accounts.
Payout Eligibility
| Stage | Payouts Available? |
|---|---|
| Evaluation | No |
| Funded | Yes – Daily |
Funded traders may request a payout every 24 hours, provided all payout conditions are met.
Profit Split
All funded Elite Daily accounts operate under:
90% Trader / 10% Firm
Minimum Payout
Minimum withdrawal amount:
$500
Requests below $500 will not be processed.
Maximum Payout Per Request
| Account Size | Max Payout Per Request |
|---|---|
| $25K | $750 |
| $50K | $1,000 |
| $100K | $1,500 |
| $150K | $2,250 |
Profits above the maximum payout cap remain in the account.
Payout Buffer
A fixed buffer must remain in the account at all times.
| Account Size | Buffer |
|---|---|
| $25K | $1,500 |
| $50K | $2,500 |
| $100K | $3,500 |
| $150K | $4,500 |
Only profits above the buffer are eligible for withdrawal.
Once an Elite Daily funded account is breached, profits remaining inside the buffer are not withdrawable.
Daily Progression Rule (50% Rule)
After your first payout, at least 50% of every future payout request must come from new profits generated since your previous payout.
This requirement resets after every approved payout.
Payout Examples
📌 Example 1 – $25K Account
Account Specs
$1,500 Buffer
Minimum balance after payout: $26,500
$750 Max Payout
First Payout
Your account balance reaches $28,000.
You request a $750 payout.
New account balance:
$27,250
Since the account remains above the $26,500 required level, the payout is eligible.
Next Payout (50% Rule)
To request another $750 payout:
At least $375 must come from new profits
Your balance must grow from:
$27,250 → $27,625
before another full payout request becomes eligible.
📌 Example 2 – $50K Account
Account Specs
$2,500 Buffer
Minimum balance after payout: $52,500
$1,000 Max Payout
First Payout
Your account balance reaches $54,500.
You request a $1,000 payout.
New account balance:
$53,500
Next Payout (50% Rule)
To request another $1,000 payout:
At least $500 must come from new profits
Your balance must increase from:
$53,500 → $54,000
before another full payout request becomes eligible.
📌 Example 3 – $100K Account
Account Specs
$3,500 Buffer
Minimum balance after payout: $103,500
$1,500 Max Payout
First Payout
Your account balance reaches $106,500.
You request a $1,500 payout.
New account balance:
$105,000
Next Payout (50% Rule)
To request another $1,500 payout:
At least $750 must come from new profits
Your balance must increase from:
$105,000 → $105,750
before another payout request becomes eligible.
Path to Live (5 Payouts)
The goal during the Sim Funded stage is consistent performance.
After successfully completing 5 payouts, traders will typically become eligible to transition to a Live account.
While traders may occasionally be transitioned sooner, 5 successful payouts remains the standard guideline.
Important Clarifications
The 50% rule applies to every payout request after the first payout
The rule resets after each approved payout
Buffer requirements always remain active
The payout cap applies per request
How Payout Review Works
Before approval, the following is reviewed:
Max Loss Limit compliance
50% Progression Rule compliance
News Rule compliance
All requirements must be met simultaneously.
What Happens After a Payout?
After an approved payout:
Account balance adjusts accordingly
End of Day trailing drawdown remains active
Buffer requirements remain active
Next payout eligibility begins the following trading day
Important Notes
Daily payouts do not override risk rules
Payout caps remain enforced
Only closed profits count toward payouts
Rule violations may result in payout denial

You can find a complete breakdown of the funded phase rules and how your account will operate here: Elite Daily Overview & Funded Phase Rules
Elite Daily V2 – Max Loss Limit (MLL)
The Max Loss Limit (MLL) is the maximum total loss your account can sustain before it is permanently breached.
Unlike the Daily Loss Limit, the MLL is based on an End of Day (EOD) trailing drawdown model.
Max Loss Limit by Account Size
Evaluation Accounts
$25,000 Account: $1,000 (4.00%)
$50,000 Account: $2,000 (4.00%)
$100,000 Account: $3,000 (3.00%)
$150,000 Account: $4,500 (3.00%)
Funded Accounts
$25,000 Account: $1,000 (4.00%)
$50,000 Account: $2,000 (4.00%)
$100,000 Account: $2,500 (2.50%)
$150,000 Account: $3,500 (2.50%)
How the End of Day Trailing Drawdown Works
The MLL follows a trailing model, but it only adjusts at the end of each trading day.
This means:
It does NOT trail intraday
It updates after the trading session closes
It is based on your end of day balance
As your account grows, the drawdown level moves upward and locks in at your starting balance +$100 and does not continue to trail.
If your account declines, the drawdown does not move down.
Starting Balance: $50,000
MLL: $2,000
Initial breach level:
$50,000 – $2,000 = $48,000
If you close Day 1 at $52,000:
New trailing level:
$52,000 – $2,000 = $50,000
If on any future day your account closes at or below $50,000 → breach.
Starting Balance: $100,000
MLL: $2,500
Initial breach level:
$97,500
If you close the day at $108,000, your new breach level becomes $100,100 since the drawdown locks at the starting balance +$100.
If a future day closes at or below $100,100 → account is terminated.
Important Difference: DLL vs MLL
| Rule | Intraday? | Based On | Result |
| Daily Loss Limit | Yes | Previous Day Close | Trading paused for the day |
| Max Loss Limit | No (EOD only) | End of Day Balance | Permanent breach |
What Happens If You Hit the Max Loss Limit?
If your account closes at or below the MLL level:
The account is permanently breached
Trading access is removed
There are no warnings when the MLL is breached.
Elite Daily V2 – Maximum Account Rules
The Elite Daily plan allows traders to operate multiple accounts, subject to strict limits.
These limits apply across both evaluation and funded accounts.
Maximum Accounts Allowed
A trader's household may trade a maximum of:
5 Elite Daily accounts at any time
This includes:
Evaluation accounts
Funded accounts
A combination of both
The 5 account limit is total, not per stage.
Account Size Mixing
You may mix account sizes within your 5 account limit.
Example:
2 × $25K
2 × $50K
1 × $100K
Total = 5 accounts → Allowed
Any attempt to exceed 5 active accounts is not permitted.
Per Account Rule Enforcement
Each account operates independently.
This means:
Daily Loss Limit applies per account
Max Loss Limit applies per account
Contract scaling applies per account
Consistency is evaluated per account
Payout caps apply per account
Buffers apply per account
Rules do not combine across accounts.
Contract Limits Across Multiple Accounts
Contract limits are enforced per account.
They do not stack across accounts.
Example:
If you have:
2 × $50K funded accounts
Each account may trade up to its individual contract limit.
However, traders must ensure they remain compliant on each account individually.
Payout Rules Across Multiple Accounts
Payout eligibility is calculated separately per account.
You may:
Request payouts from multiple accounts
Hit progression rules per account
Maintain buffer per account
One account’s eligibility does not impact another.
Purchase Guidelines
To support disciplined trading and maintain fair participation across the platform, we’ve implemented the following limits on evaluations, resets, and sim funded accounts:
Traders may purchase up to 10 evaluation accounts within any rolling 30-day period starting from their initial purchase date.
Each evaluation account may be reset a maximum of 12 times within a 30-day window.
A trader may maintain no more than 5 active funded accounts at any given time.
Elite Daily V2 – News Trading Rule
Trading around major economic news events carries increased risk due to volatility, slippage, and rapid price movement.
For Elite Daily accounts, specific restrictions apply to funded accounts only.
Where the News Rule Applies
| Stage | News Restriction |
|---|---|
| Evaluation | No restrictions |
| Funded | 2-minute restricted window |
During the evaluation phase, traders may trade news freely.
Once funded, restrictions apply.
Funded News Restriction Window
On funded Elite Daily accounts, you may not execute trades:
2 minutes before a major news event
2 minutes after a major news event
The total restricted window is 4 minutes.
What Counts as Executing a Trade?
The following actions are considered execution and are not allowed within the restricted window:
Opening a trade
Closing a trade
Opening a pending order
Modifying a stop loss
Modifying a take profit
Placing stop or limit orders
Any of these actions during the restricted window will be considered a violation.
Holding Trades During News
You may hold a trade during a news event if:
The position was opened before the 2-minute pre-news window
However:
If a trade is closed inside the restricted window → violation
If you modify stops or targets inside the window → violation
Your trade must not be closed by any means during the restricted news window.
What Happens If the Rule Is Violated?
If a funded trader violates the news rule:
Profits generated from the violating trade may be removed
The payout request may be denied
The account may be flagged for review
Repeated violations may lead to stricter action.
News violations do not automatically result in a hard breach unless abuse is detected.
What News Events Are Restricted?
Only major high-impact economic events are restricted.
This includes, but is not limited to:
FOMC announcements
Federal Reserve rate decisions
Non-Farm Payrolls
CPI releases
Major central bank statements
If an event is classified as high impact on the official economic calendar used by Top One Futures, it falls under this rule.
You can monitor high-impact events using:
Low and medium impact events are not restricted.
Important Disclaimer
Trading during news events carries significant risks, including:
Slippage
Delayed execution
Market gaps
Top One Futures is not responsible for losses resulting from volatility during news events.
Traders are responsible for managing their own risk.

Drawdown is traiiling at the end of the trading day with your highets closed balance, not intraday. This protects traders from intraday fluctuations. For more information about this: Elite Daily V2 – Max Loss Limit (MLL)
Daily Loss Limit
A Daily Loss Limit applies during both the evaluation and funded phases.
| Account Size | Daily Loss Limit |
|---|---|
| $25K | $500 (2%) |
| $50K | $1,000 (2%) |
| $100K | $1,250 (1.25%) |

Daily Payouts
Funded traders may request payouts daily, starting from Day 1.
Consistency Rule (40%) (Evaluation Only)
No single trading day may account for more than 40% of total profits during the evaluation phase.
Daily Progression Rule
For each payout request, at least 50% of the payout amount must come from profits generated since your last payout.
If requesting $1,000, at least $500 must be new profit generated since the previous withdrawal.
News Rule (Funded Only)
No trades may be executed or closed:
2 minutes before
2 minutes after
major high-impact news events.
No Activation Fee
Unlike other plans, Elite Daily has no activation fee.
Purchase Guidelines
To support disciplined trading and maintain fair participation across the platform, the following limits apply:
Traders may purchase up to 10 evaluation accounts within any rolling 30-day period starting from the initial purchase date
Each evaluation account may be reset a maximum of 12 times within a 30-day window
A trader may maintain no more than 5 active funded accounts at any given time
Important Notes
Maximum 5 funded accounts per trader
Consistency rule applies only during the evaluation phase
Resets are available for both evaluation and funded accounts
Contract scaling rules apply once funded
Elite Daily V2 – Profit Target (Evaluation)
The Profit Target defines the amount of net profit required to successfully pass the Elite Daily evaluation.
Elite Daily is a one phase evaluation model, meaning you only need to reach one profit target to qualify for funding.
Profit Target by Account Size
$25,000 Account: $1,500 (6%)
$50,000 Account: $3,000 (6%)
$100,000 Account: $6,000 (6%)
$150,000 Account: $9,000 (6%)
How the Profit Target Works
The target is based on the starting balance
The required profit is 6%
Profit must be based on closed PnL
Floating profits do not count
All trades must be closed for the account to be reviewed
Important: 45% Consistency Rule* Still Applies
Although there is no minimum day requirement, the 45% Consistency Rule* must still be respected.
This means:
No single trading day may account for more than 45% of your total profit at the time of passing.
*40% Consistency Requirement on Accounts Purchased on or after 05/11/2026
Starting Balance: $50,000
Profit Target: $3,000
If you generate:
Day 1: $2,000
Day 2: $1,000
Total = $3,000 → Target reached
Check consistency:
Largest day = $2,000
$2,000 ÷ $3,000 = 66%
This would not meet the 45% rule.
You would need to continue trading to distribute profits more evenly.
Day 1: $1,200
Day 2: $1,000
Day 3: $800
Largest day = $1,200
$1,200 ÷ $3,000 = 40%
This passes both the profit target and the consistency requirement.
Important Notes
Profit must be closed
45% consistency is checked at time of review
DLL and MLL rules must also be respected
Sim Funded accounts do not have a profit target
